We will also request that you give us a brief summary of what type of property you have in mind, single family house, condo, duplex, 4-15 units, commercial strip center, etc. This way we can customize our Tour/Seminar to accommodate all attendees. We will see the best valued properties in our areas in Orange County and L.A. County. We will be looking at houses, condos, 4-plexes, larger units or commercial. We will be evaluating each property, going over the total monthly costs, crunching the #'s, discussing the rental range, and showing you how the tax write-off works. We will also discuss the special CORDOVA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DISCOUNT that you will receive by purchasing the property thru Team Cordova.
